Three services. One connected approach.
We keep our service list short on purpose. Whether you sell AI to enterprise customers or use it in your own business, you start with a health check. From there, governance opens the relationship, training builds capability and automation creates measurable value.
Selling AI, or using it? Start with the right check.
Startups selling AI to enterprise customers start with the Enterprise Readiness Check. Startups and SMEs implementing governance in their own business start with the AI Governance Health Check.
Enterprise-ready AI products
The situation
Enterprise customers won’t adopt an AI system they can’t trust. Procurement, risk and security teams look for evidence that your system has passed a set of governance checks. Without it, deals stall in due diligence or are lost.
What we do
The Enterprise Readiness Check takes your system through a structured set of governance checks, mapped to the seven stages of The Edge AI Governance Cycle™. We close the gaps and document the results, so you can show buyers (and investors) what has been checked and what controls are in place.
What you get
- A stage-by-stage view of how ready your system is for enterprise scrutiny
- A plan to close any gaps
- Governance evidence you can put in front of buyers
Governance inside your business
The situation
Teams adopt AI tools faster than policies appear. There is often no inventory of what is in use, accountability is unclear, and founders, investors and customers expect it to be under control.
What we do
We start with an AI Governance Health Check to show where you stand. Then we work with you to design and implement a working governance framework, train your team to use AI safely, and stay on as an ongoing adviser as new systems arrive.
What you get
- A governance framework that operates day to day, not a policy on a shelf
- A team that knows how to use AI safely
- A governance system that evolves with your business
What buyers want to know, and what we help you evidence.
Each stage of the Cycle becomes a question your system has to answer with evidence.
| Stage | What the buyer wants to know | What we help you evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Identify | What AI is in this product, and what data does it use? | A complete inventory of models, components and data sources |
| Assess | What could go wrong? | Risk and impact analysis, bias review and data privacy review |
| Decide | Was it deployed on purpose? | A formal, logged decision to deploy, modify or prohibit each use case |
| Control | What safeguards are in place? | Policies, roles, technical guardrails and data protocols |
| Operate | How is it used day to day? | Trained, supported and safe operation |
| Monitor | Is it still working safely? | Health metrics, audits and incident logging |
| Improve | How does it get better? | A routine for updating controls, policies and systems |
We prepare your system for these checks and document the results. Whether a buyer accepts a system remains the buyer’s decision, and this is not a formal certification.
AI Governance Advisory
Every governance engagement runs on The Edge AI Governance Cycle™, our proprietary method for identifying AI use, assessing risk, deciding how to proceed, setting safeguards, and keeping that judgement current as the business changes.
AI Governance Health Check
For startups and SMEs already using AI without a formal governance view. A clear picture of current AI use, risks and governance maturity, so you know exactly what to fix, and in what order.
Enterprise Readiness Check
The health check for startups selling AI to enterprises. We take your system through the governance checks buyers expect, close the gaps and document the evidence, with an ISO/IEC 42001 reference point.
AI Governance Framework
For businesses that have identified gaps and need a real framework. Practical governance tailored to your organisation. Something your team will actually use.
AI Governance Implementation
For businesses with a framework that isn't yet operating in practice. Hands-on help putting policies, roles and controls into practice.
AI Training & Readiness
A structured, four-course pathway, not a loose list of activities. Each course can stand alone or form part of a complete organisational AI capability programme.
AI Governance for Leaders
Executive briefing on risk, minimum governance and accountability.
AI Awareness & Readiness
Organisation-wide foundations for safe and consistent AI use.
Responsible AI in Practice
Practical scenario-based judgement for managers and active AI users.
AI Governance Foundations
Practitioner capability, including the bridge into process improvement and automation.
AI Process Automation
Selective, not sweeping. We don't advocate automation simply because technology makes it possible. Every recommendation is connected to process improvement, business value, risk and appropriate human oversight.
AI Process Assessment
Identify where AI and automation can create real, measurable value, and what should stay human-controlled.
Implementation
Build selected workflows where there's a clear, risk-assessed business case.
Optimisation
Improve what's already been adopted, over time.
Governance-to-value bridge
Use the same governance discipline across assessment, implementation and ongoing improvement.
Questions founders and teams ask.
We sell an AI product to enterprise customers. What will buyers ask for?
Procurement teams may add AI governance questions to vendor questionnaires and look for evidence behind the answers: what AI is in the product, how risks are assessed, and what safeguards and monitoring are in place. The Enterprise Readiness Check prepares you to answer with evidence.
Can you guarantee our system passes a buyer’s checks?
No one can guarantee a buyer’s decision. We take your system through the checks, close the gaps and document the results, so you go into the conversation with evidence. It is not a formal certification, and it does not replace any certification a buyer may separately require.
We’re an SME, not a startup. Is this for us?
Yes. The AI Governance Health Check, and the governance work that follows it, are designed for startups and SMEs alike, at a scale that suits your business.
Do we need AI governance if we're a small business?
If people in your business are already using AI tools, even informally, you already have an AI governance question. The scale of the answer should match the scale of your business.
We already use ChatGPT. What should we do?
Start with an AI Governance Health Check. It tells you where AI is actually being used across the business, what the risks are, and what governance already exists.
Do we need a written AI policy?
We recommend one. It should be a short, usable policy suited to your size, not a 200-page enterprise document.
Can you help us identify automation opportunities?
Yes. This is the AI Process Assessment service, and it's also built into AI Governance Foundations.
Do you implement automation?
Yes, selectively: where there's a clear, risk-assessed business case, rather than automation for its own sake.
Tell us your situation and we'll point you to the right one.
Whether you sell AI to enterprise customers or use it in your own business, a short conversation is the quickest way to find your starting point.
